On tasting the wines of Weingut Türk it is easy to understand why they swept the floor at the 2010 International Wine Challenge for Austria, leaving with 3 prestigious trophies for Best Austrian Dry White Wine, Best Grüner Veltliner and Best Austrian Ice Wine.  This reputation is spreading worldwide with their Grüner Veltliner Erelesenes 2008 also winning the Spicy and Dry White Wine Trophy at the Food & Hospitality Fair in Shanghai.

Their vineyards consist of 75% Grüner Veltliner, a grape variety synonymous with fine wine. All their wines are vinified for long-term enjoyment. They prefer to give our wines time to develop with minimal technical manipulation so they can express the soil, the microclimate and unique vintage character.
