Château Tricot

Tricot is a blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet and 10% Cabernet Franc. The estate hand harvested the fruit in triages to allow optimum fruit expression and elegance. The 2006 vintage allows the estate to show of the skills in the vineyard, proving to be a more difficult vintage than the famed 2005, and the wine shows blueberry, cassis and plum that lies in harmony with the ripe tannins and an elegant acidity and a whiff of herbal notes on the finish.

2007 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc

Rich but restrained tropical notes and a heady aroma of blossom, vanilla and spice on the nose. The palate is surprisingly fine, with elegant fruit and acidity and a complex and lengthy finish.
